Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) is the owner of DZRH, MBC’s flagship AM radio station. It has one station in Metro Manila and 18 relay stations in the provinces. Moreover, MBC also has three FM stations—Love Radio, Yes FM and Easy Rock—which have 25, 10 and seven stations in the provinces, respectively.

MBC expanded its geographical reach in the provinces through its radio networks, Aksyon Radyo, which has 10 provincial AM stations; and Radyo Natin, the largest network of community radio stations in the Philippines with over 100 small FM stations, including Hot FM.

Currently, the company is under the umbrella organization of Fred J. Elizalde Group of Companies. Elizalde Holdings Corporation, MBC’s parent company, holds 34.66 percent ownership, while 63 percent of the remaining shares are owned by companies within the same Group.
